BUYING ON WEB SHOP www.ag47silverpathjewellery.hr
These terms of purchase define the process of ordering, payment, delivery and return, or reclamation of goods offered on our website. The supplier (Seller) of the goods offered on this site is Ag47, a craft for making jewelry, and the buyer of the goods is an online store visitor who selects at least one product, fills out an electronic order form and sends it to the Seller. All prices are expressed in kunas (or euros) and include VAT.
All prices on the website www.ag47silverpathjewellery.hr are expressed in kunas (hr browser). When buying, the prices are valid on the day of the order, ie all ordered goods will be delivered at the prices that were valid at the time of making the offer or at the time of the order. Prices are valid until the new price list is processed.
The listed prices are valid only for the web shop at www.ag47silverpathjewellery.hr and do not have to be identical as at other points of sale in the Republic of Croatia.
Ag47 is authorized to change prices without prior notice, it is also authorized to change prices exclusively for the web shop. Also, Ag47 is authorized to determine discounts and promotions at any time without prior notice.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS – Once you have purchased one or more items in our online store, you receive a payment invoice and we put you on a waiting list for production, it can take 2 to 5 working days, and for a more complex design up to 14 working days if you have a special wish, ie CUSTOM MADE design.
I make every piece of jewelry from the WEB shop to order and I don’t have pre-made pieces. After making the jewelry, I send it to the desired address.
REGISTRATION
The buyer may or may not be registered at www.ag47silverpathjewellery.hr to make a purchase. Upon registration, the customer is required to enter an email address and password.
ORDERING
Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Goods are ordered exclusively by electronic form – online shopping cart. The buyer may or may not be registered on the seller’s website to place an order. However, the customer is required to enter contact details and addresses (own and delivery) in order to complete the order process. If the seller is not able to deliver all the ordered items, he will deliver the ones he can, about which he will inform the buyer in writing within the period of communication to the buyer after the order has been placed. Please note that our products are handmade so they can sometimes vary in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items and we feel that it adds character to them and should not be considered a disadvantage.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Upon execution of the order, the customer will receive a notification that the order has been received.
DELIVERY
The seller sends the delivery of goods by the GLS delivery service, which is not organized by the seller. The buyer himself can contact the seller if he wants the delivery and delivery to be organized in a different way.
Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days.
On the day of delivery, the customer receives a notification from the GLS courier service via SMS and e-mail address about the three-hour time interval for the expected delivery time. The recipient can choose one of 5 re-delivery options.
These are delivery to a new address, delivery at another time or personal collection at the GLS depot, deduction of the shipment, giving consent for the package to be left at the agreed place, and delivery to Paketomat / PaketSHOP
The buyer is obliged after the expiration of 2 (two) days from the date of the announced delivery, to notify the seller of the non-delivery of the shipment – goods. In doing so, the seller should determine the reason and take action to correct the delivery error.
If the buyer (or the recipient specified in the order) does not want to take over the shipment from the supplier, he is obliged to return the shipment to the Seller with the return costs.
The cost of delivery is calculated according to the price list of the delivery service that is not organized by the Seller.
DELIVERY COST
It is calculated when forming an order in the online store www.ag47silverpathjewellery.hr
The amount does not include customs costs and other charges prescribed by the law of each country.
CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE
Pursuant to Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The 14-day period begins on the day of collection, ie delivery of the ordered goods.
In doing so, the buyer is obliged to notify the seller in writing to the e-mail address;
If the buyer has already taken over the goods and given up the purchase, he must return the taken over goods upon written notice to the seller.
When returning the products, they must be unused and undamaged, and it is obligatory to enclose a copy of the original invoice and send everything together to the sender’s address.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The seller is obliged to return the money to the buyer no later than 14 days of receipt of the goods. Ordered goods, ie shipments that the buyer does not want to pick up, the buyer also returns at his own expense.

COMPLAINTS
Ag47 is responsible for the quality, ie the actual errors of the products purchased on the web shop www.ag47silverpathjewellery.hr
If the buyer has objections to the purchased products, according to Article 10, paragraph 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, he has the right to send a written complaint to the seller as follows:

Ag47 is responsible for material defects of purchased products in accordance with the Law on Obligations.
REPLACEMENT
Replacement is not possible for custom-made products, but only for those made in series (a design I repeat).
